However, we understand that occasionally, products may arrive in a damaged condition due to unforeseen circumstances during transit. In such cases, we have established the following return policy to ensure a hassle-free experience for our customers:

• Notification: Customers are required to notify us of any damaged products within 24 hours of delivery. Notification can be made through Adekfoods@gmail.com or by reaching out to our customer service team at 08023469247.
• Evidence of Damage: To process the return efficiently, customers must provide clear evidence of the damage. This may include photographs or videos clearly showing the extent of the damage to the product and its packaging.
• Verification: Our team will assess the provided evidence to verify the extent of the damage and ensure it occurred during transit or delivery.
• Return Authorization: Upon verification, customers will be issued a return authorization (RA) number along with instructions on how to return the damaged product.
• Replacement or Refund: Once the damaged product is received and verified by our team, customers will have the option to choose between a replacement product (if available) or a full refund of the purchase price, including any shipping charges.
• Conditions for Returns:
  • The product must be in its original condition, including all original packaging, tags, accessories, and documentation.
  • Any signs of misuse, tampering, or alteration may void the return eligibility.
  • Returns that do not comply with these conditions may be subject to denial or additional restocking fees.
• Exceptions: This return policy does not cover damage resulting from mishandling or misuse of the product after delivery.
• Customer Support: Our dedicated customer support team is available to assist customers throughout the return process and address any queries or concerns they may have.
